Existing User Login Information
I’ve Forgotten My Password
Use the Lost Password? option on the Login page. You will need to follow the instructions listed under the retrieving forgotten password process.
My Username Isn’t Being Accepted
Your username might not be your email address.
System changes have occurred regarding usernames so if you are unsure of your username, contact your organisations eLearning System Admin in the first instance.

I’ve Just Received my Login Details - How do I get Started?
Enter the username and password you have been given, then select Login.
Passwords for new users are just temporary so you will need to change your password. You will be required to enter a new password that meets the system requirements.

If your organisation has an eLearning account and needs a new User created, please contact your eLearning System Admin in the first instance.

Getting Access to the eLearning System
Access to the eLearning system requires customers to have an eLearning account, which is a paid annual subscription based on the number of required users.
If your organisation doesn’t currently have access to the eLearning System, please contact your Civica Account Manager for assistance.
If you don’t know if your organisation has access, we suggest contacting your internal IT department in the first instance.
